Iki Taimi
Lead Pastor
Iki enjoys laughing, eating, and watching the Lakers. He loves to spend time with people, loves the beach, the city, and the mountains. Pastor Iki’s family includes his wife, Melanie, and their two children. He loves being Adventist and growing with others.

Associate Pastor,
Community Engagement
Otis serves as one of the pastors for community engagement. You will find him giving a lot of his time at The Wellness Warehouse. He enjoys books, sports, and vegan food.

Raewyn Orlich

Discipleship & Nurture
Raewyn is excited to focus on how we grow as disciples and nurture relationships. She’s grateful for her physician-researcher husband, Michael, and their kids, Eleanor, Eric, and Desmond. She loves meeting new people and getting to hear their stories.
Ben Amoah
Associate Pastor,
Youth Ministry
Ben serves as the pastor for youth ministry. He and his wife, Kalmani, have a passion for doing life with young people. He loves food, being with people, and comic books/manga. Coming from Canada, they have made La Sierra their new home.

Dewald "Devo" Kritzinger
Associate Pastor,
Worship & Media
Devo serves as the pastor for worship and media. He is an immigrant from South Africa who now calls La Sierra home. He and his wife, Leilani, have four children who make them crazy/happy. He loves sports and is an Elliptigo enthusiast.
Elizabeth McDonald
Associate Pastor,
Children & Family Ministry
Elizabeth serves as the pastor for Children and Family ministry. Moving here from Illinois she’s excited to call the La Sierra Community home. In her free time you most likely find her getting in the car and driving to explore new places, shops, and foods.
